Antacid therapy in gastric and duodenal ulcer, gastritis, heartburn, gastric hyperacidity. Treatment of indigestion. Relief of symptoms of heartburn and dyspepsia associated with gastric reflux in hiatus hernia, reflux oesophagitis and similar conditions.
Ingredients
Mint flavoured suspension containing aluminium hydroxide gel 220mg and magnesium hydroxide 195mg per 5ml. Other ingredients: sorbitol (E420), mannitol, hydrochloric acid, citric acid, methyl and propyl hydroxybenzoates (E218 and E216), simeticone emulsion, saccharin sodium, hydrogen peroxide, peppermint oil, sodium hypochlorite, purified water.
Storage
Do not use after 28 days from opening. Store below 25oC. Do not freeze.
Preparation and Usage
1 – 2 teaspoonfuls 4 times daily 15 minutes before meals and at bedtime.

Warnings
DO NOT TAKE Mucogel Suspension if you:
- are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients
- have severe kidney problems
- are severely weak or infirm.
CAUTION – consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are:
- taking vitamins or any other medicines
- taking tetracycline antibiotics
- pregnant
